Our founder, Kai Lundy, was born in the North of England near Manchester and his father was a medical doctor and his mother a nurse.

Kai learned all about the importance of correct nutrition from his parents and his tutor who was a school teacher who also ran an organic farm just one hundred metres from his home. As well as having extra lessons in maths and physics at home Kai visited her farm daily to learn bee keeping and organic farming. He was so keen to work on the farm that he would wake up an hour early so he could feed the animals and collect the milk and eggs before he set off for school each day.

Before he was even 18 years old he was growing his own organic vegetables at his home and selling it which was the birth of Lundys in 1988.

Later he moved his home to the South of England to a little village between London and Brighton and from here he travelled the world looking for the most effective organic superfoods. After years of research he developed more effective supplements with the help of Oxford scientists and famous American nutritionists who had spent 90 years testing vital nutrients with the help of doctors in the USA.

Lundys is still family owned and has three generations of family members working to develop possibly the world’s most effective natural supplements, all produced in the UK.
